UrbnEarth laid out a vision to set the healthy homegrown standard in the United States. With a mission to eliminate food waste, bolster food security, and encourage healthy eating habits, the goal was to build a product that would make it effortless to grow your own food.

The UrbnEarth Planter was developed around the concept of a salad-as-a-service. Designed to enable you to be a successful grower, it was self-watering and temperature sensing to adapt to the unique conditions of your environment. I created mockups for the companion app and prototyped the Planter by using a range of techniques from 3D printing to resin casting.
